Job Title: Store Manager Lead

As a Store Manager Lead at The Body Shop Canada Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and inventory control to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.

- Collaborate with the District Sales & Talent Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
