Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kenora, ON. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and management of the store, including meeting and exceeding sales and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Associates to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Control expenses and manage customer relations to drive business growth
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and merchandising
- Recruit, train, and develop Associates to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and freight receipt
- Collaborate with District Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- POS experience and strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
