Assistant Store Manager

Manitobah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize inventory turnover.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock replenishment needs, and maintain a safe and organized stockroom.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in retail management, preferably in an Indigenous or culturally sensitive environment.
- Completion of high school is required; a college diploma in Business or Management is considered an asset.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $22.00.

Work Environment:
- Inter City Mall, Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6B9.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and regular & extended mall hours.
