Hotel Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies to ensure the hotel's housekeeping department is well-stocked and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the hotel's housekeeping department operates within budget.
- Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Staff Recruitment and Management: Hire and dismiss staff as needed, ensuring that the hotel's housekeeping department has the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
