Job Title: Hotel Executive Housekeeper

Join our team at Capri Motor Inn Ltd. as a Hotel Executive Housekeeper, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in our hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure our facilities are well-maintained.
  • Hire and dismiss staff as needed to ensure our housekeeping department is running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
