Hotel Operations Manager

At CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and dismiss staff as needed to ensure that our housekeeping team is well-equipped to meet the demands of our hotel.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to our hotel's safety standards and departmental policies.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records for housekeeping operations.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services for housekeeping equipment and facilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
