Hotel Operations Manager

At CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping services.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies necessary for housekeeping operations.
- Staff Management: Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Quality Control: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including inventory and supplies.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services for housekeeping equipment and facilities.
- Staff Development: Hire and dismiss staff as needed, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
