Hotel Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at CAPRI MOTOR INN LTD. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Inventory Management: Select and purchase equipment and supplies to ensure the hotel's housekeeping department is well-stocked and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Team Leadership: Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that our guests receive a clean and comfortable environment.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure that our hotel's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Staff Management: Hire and dismiss staff as needed to ensure that our housekeeping department is adequately staffed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
