Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Capri Motor Inn Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating activities, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise staff to ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate maintenance and repair services.
- Hire and dismiss staff as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Participation in government or community programs that support newcomers, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
