Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing a team of employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Working Conditions: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
