We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bukhari Law Professional Corporation.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position is responsible for implementing administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing processes, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced English-speaking work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Evaluate and refine existing processes to ensure they align with business goals
- Delegate tasks and assignments to office support staff to optimize workload
- Establish priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and confidentiality
- Coordinate and plan office services, including data entry and report preparation
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience
