Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Delegate tasks to office support staff, focusing on effective communication and clear expectations
- Establish and prioritize work objectives, guaranteeing adherence to established deadlines
- Manage administrative activities, maintaining accurate records and files
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Provide training and guidance to staff members, promoting professional development
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and control budgets, monitoring expenditures and making informed decisions
