Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A & W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
