Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A & W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, inventory, and other financial aspects of the restaurant.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
