Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising a team of 5-10 employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads. You must be physically demanding and able to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
