Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A & W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing cash handling, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
