Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Clerk. The successful candidate will combine administrative skills with experience delivering outstanding customer service. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for helping others, then this role may be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing transactions and handling customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
