About the Role

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy helping others and are tech-savvy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless shopping experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve escalated issues.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Staying up to date with our product offerings, policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Passion for technology and a good understanding of electronic products.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
