About the RoleWe are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy helping others and are tech-savvy. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve escalated issues.
- Assisting customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Staying up to date with our product offerings, policies, and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Passion for technology and a good understanding of electronic products.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
