Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
- Business Operations
- Plan and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manage a large caseload and workload.
- Personal Qualities
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Judgement and decision-making skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Team player with strong values and ethics.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
