About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at 1359238 Ontario INC. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
  • Business Operations
    • Plan and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Manage a large caseload and workload.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
    • Judgement and decision-making skills.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
    • Team player with strong values and ethics.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
