Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Lucent Quartz. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and supervising office and volunteer staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services
    • Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports
    • Monitor and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor office and volunteer staff to ensure high-quality performance
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
    • Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other business software applications
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative management or a related field
