Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Lucent Quartz. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, and directing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including office operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets, plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and manage a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, organized, team player, and effective time management skills.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration, operations, and management.
