We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team in Toronto. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage external and internal communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prioritize sales leads, compiling data and setting up meetings.
  • Process orders, quotes, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain client, rental, and inventory information up to date using our Navision software.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and be flexible with scheduling.
