About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JZ Products and Sales. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget, maintain budgetary controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members, as well as oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
