Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Office Administrator** to manage our administrative functions effectively at JZ Products and Sales. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support personnel and establish work priorities to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Operational Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Oversight: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that may arise.
  • Payroll Administration: Supervise payroll processes and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
