Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
    • Manage the office budget and make recommendations for cost savings.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Additional Skills
    • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
    • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
