We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Office Administrator to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff, including greeting clients, preparing conference rooms, and handling mail and documents.
  • Manage scheduling and calendaring, including coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
