Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at the Hamilton Family Health Team. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat individuals with complex health conditions, including chronic pain and other chronic health issues.
  • Develop and implement evidence-informed treatment plans that integrate with existing community services.
  • Participate in group programs, such as chronic pain self-management groups and osteoarthritis exercise programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an entry-level BSc (PT), MSc (PT) or equivalent degree.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Primary care experience and a supportive approach to patients with social determinants of health are preferred.
Salary and Benefits

$34.69 - $38.55 per hour, plus extended health care benefits, including health, dental, vision, and critical illness insurance. Other benefits include 12 paid statutory holidays, one extra float day, flexible work schedule, and ongoing green initiatives.
