The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with complex conditions, including chronic pain, and developing evidence-informed treatment plans that integrate with existing community services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess and treat patients with complex conditions, including chronic pain, within their scope of practice
  • To develop and implement evidence-informed treatment plans that integrate with existing community services
  • To participate in and lead group programs, such as chronic pain self-management and osteoarthritis group exercise programs
  • To work collaboratively with inter-professional teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Pelvic health physiotherapy post-graduate training is preferred
  • Experience working in primary care and with patients who may struggle with social determinants of health
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

About the Role:

This is a full-time position located at our office in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will have access to competitive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
