Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

 

Job Description

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support to our clients, including:

  • Assessing client needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A diploma in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
