About the Opportunity

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team in the Saguenay region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including owner pharmacists and potential new clients
  • Presentation of Teva's generic portfolio, emphasizing added-value programs and product promotions
  • Analyze customer buying habits and track market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Establish a regular sales-call cycle based on customer availability
  • Negotiate introductions of new products and services
  • Submit daily feedback on visits and market information
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with Pharmacovigilance requirements by reporting safety information to the Teva team

About You

  • University or College degree preferred, with experience in lieu of education considered
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical retail sales, with other relevant industries also considered
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and product promotion, with excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
  • Fluency in French, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English an asset
  • Strong listening skills, analysis, and opportunity identification
  • Demonstrated sense of organization and time management
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive compensation package.
