Are you a seasoned sales recruiter looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for identifying and attracting top sales talent? We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Recruiter Lead to join our team at Professional Selection Inc.

About the Role

We're a mid-market B2B services company with a strong track record of developing and retaining high-performing sales teams. As our Sales Recruiter Lead, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting experienced sales professionals to join our teams across various sectors, including transportation & logistics, technology consulting, and HR outsourcing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and sales management teams
  • Source and recruit candidates for various sales roles, including experienced B2B services salespeople
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our sales roles

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and incentive package to bring your first-year OTE to ~$140,000+. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proactive sales recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting experienced B2B services salespeople
  • Previous experience as a sales headhunter in a recruitment agency or search firm is a plus
  • Experience recruiting sales teams in a relevant sector is a plus
  • Experience running campus or graduate recruitment programs for junior sales talent would be a plus
