About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kevin Shay Sales Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and contributing to the success of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations: Balance cash, record sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
