About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Kevin Shay Sales Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales Performance: Establish and achieve sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is well-organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
