**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Recruitment Manager to join our team at Professional Selection Inc. as a Senior Sales Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales recruitment efforts for our mid-market B2B businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales recruitment plans to attract top talent in the B2B services industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and sales management teams to ensure seamless hiring processes
  • Source and recruit experienced sales professionals for various internal sales training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate quality

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of proactive sales recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting experienced B2B services salespeople
  • Previous experience as a sales headhunter in a recruitment agency or search firm is a plus
  • Experience recruiting sales teams in a relevant sector is a plus
  • Experience running campus or graduate recruitment programs for junior sales talent is a plus

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive base salary (~$100,000+ depending on experience)
  • A performance-based bonus and incentive package to bring your first-year OTE to ~$140,000+
  • A hybrid position based out of our downtown Toronto office with occasional travel required for meetings and networking events
