Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative for Keurig Dr Pepper in the Ontario region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing in-store plans to achieve sales objectives. Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will be accountable for managing assigned stores within the province of Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product distribution and display at large format and specialty banners across Ontario (including Vaughan, Newmarket, Barrie, Collingwood, Keswick).
- Leverage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities, provide performance updates, and maintain customer databases.
- Ensure in-store execution of promotional activities and leverage account features.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, representing Keurig Dr Pepper professionally at store level.
- Maintain territory expertise, stay informed about emerging trends, opportunities, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
- Prior consumer products or retail experience, preferably with knowledge of Ontario regional grocery accounts.
- Strong attitude with learning capacity.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad.
- Able to travel within Ontario (including overnights) and attend bi-annual out-of-province meetings.
- Valid driver's license and adherence to MVR policy guidelines.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
