Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced cloud solutions, optimizing system performance, and streamlining deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors, architects, and third parties to resolve technical issues and optimize solutions.
  • Coordinate technical support during QA and UAT testing, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage cloud pipeline configurations, deployments, and system maintenance.
  • Lead desktop package certification, installations, and environment readiness (hardware, security, network).
  • Oversee the integration of non-core systems into the solution architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance for release, deployment, and change management processes.
  • Review code/package drops and ensure quality and security compliance.
  • Optimize hardware/software inventories to reduce costs and enhance performance.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing solutions as needed.
  • Develop key documentation, including implementation plans and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with security and architecture standards for all systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting or systems integration.
  • Proficient in Azure, Java, SQL, XML, JavaScript, and AKS.
  • Experience with Siebel CRM, Oracle, Linux, and Microsoft IIS.
  • Familiar with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Knowledge of security standards (e.g., GO-ITS 25, GO-ITS 56).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
