Senior Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our Global Banking and Markets Engineering (GBME) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market-leading solutions for various projects within GBME.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct technical analysis of business needs and create technical specifications
- Participate in scrum sessions with the team and work closely with developers and architecture teams
- Support and liaison with senior Institutional Equities and Global Wholesale Operations stakeholders
- Assist in resolving complex problems and meet the technology needs of the Global Banking & Markets teams
- Research and perform data-driven analytics using SQL, Kafka, Elastic Search, and other tools
- Work with engineering partners, business teams, and stakeholders to conduct data mapping and data analysis
- Test, validate, and deploy solutions to the production environment
- Create artifacts required for development, including requirement documents, specifications, and workflow diagrams
- Strong understanding of FIX Protocol and data mapping
- 8+ years' experience in a relevant capacity as a Technical/Business Systems Analyst
- 5+ years' experience within Institutional Equities with exposure to trade lifecycle, booking securities to Broadridge, reconciliations, vendor management, and equities post-trade processes
- Strong skills in data analysis, data mapping, and business requirements relating to FIX, Kafka, and Elastic Search
- Knowledge/experience with reporting tools/platforms such as Kibana, Excel Macros/Pivots, and other similar tools
- Experience with automated deployment and understanding of networking protocols
- Understanding of security principles
