Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Train and Develop: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure they are informed of the department's performance.
- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting to manage departmental tasks and activities.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
