Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring the smooth collection of payments from customers and managing our accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Financial Activities
    • Schedule and coordinate the collection of payments from customers
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
  • Train and Supervise Staff
    • Train and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members in financial operations
    • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their financial responsibilities
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable and financial operations
    • Provide analysis and recommendations to management on financial operations
  • Ensure Compliance with Financial Regulations
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial operations
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
    • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
