The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and accounting software.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Benefits: Health care plan, free parking available, and parking available.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, and English as the primary language of work.
