We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and resolve work problems.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people, with the potential to supervise 5-10 people in the future.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, Simply Accounting, and accounting software.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
