  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into financial transactions and operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 3-4 people, with the potential to manage a larger team.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
