We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Reversomatic Manufacturing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Benefits: Health care plan, free parking available, and 40 hours per week.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
