Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Brantwood Variety, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
