About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2422685 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
    • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
