Job Summary:

Matcha Assurance, a dynamic multi-channel financial services firm, is seeking a talented Financial Security Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Security Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team with access to a comprehensive range of products from leading insurers in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and offer recommendations to clients.
  • Adhere to company standards, codes of ethics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide consultation services to clients through video conferences and chats.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial security needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Financial Security Advisor certification in Ontario (LLQP).
  • Prior experience in financial services distribution is an asset.
  • Ability to sell effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
  • Availability for varying shifts within office operating hours (9 am EST to 9 pm EST).
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Compulife, WinQuote, and Adobe is considered an asset.
