Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide personalized recommendations to clients.
- Analyze and compare various insurance options to identify the best-suited products for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Financial Security Advisor certification in Ontario (LLQP).
- Prior experience in financial services distribution is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Compensation: This is a full-time employee position with a base salary of $35,000 plus commission. On Target Earnings (OTE) range between $70,000 to $80,000, providing an exciting opportunity for financial growth and success.
