Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge Security Specialist to join our team at Condor Security. As a Concierge Security Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and security services to our clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotel-style front desk concierge customer service and administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain a professional reputation through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Ensure property rules and regulations are followed and maintained
  • Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
  • Participate in professional development and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing high-quality service
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a related field
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple situations simultaneously
