**Job Overview**


The Boutique Manager is a key leadership role at EightSix Network responsible for the success of our Christofle boutique. As a seasoned retail professional, you will oversee all aspects of the boutique's performance, including team management, client development, sales, visual merchandising, product inventory management, and operations.


**Responsibilities**



  • Hire and develop a high-performance boutique team, with a focus on sales specialists who can provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and other key stakeholders in the luxury retail community.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the retail director to set ambitious and realistic goals.
  • Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, working with the visual merchandising teams in NY and Paris to optimize in-store traffic and maximize sales.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, collaborating with other boutiques to transfer products as needed and meeting 'On-Shelf-Availability' targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely fulfillment of client orders and communicating with the customer service team as needed.

**Requirements**



  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of team leadership.
  • Experience in interaction with high-net-worth clientele and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and a commitment to excellence.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**


Must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization. Retail store hours, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.


Irregular hours, especially during peak season and events. Lifting, carrying, pushing, up to 35 pounds, sometimes heavier using hand truck. Climbing stairs, ladders, reaching, bending often with materials in hand. Standing for long periods of time.
