Asset Maintenance and Planning Team Lead

Qulliq Energy Corporation seeks a highly skilled Asset Maintenance and Planning Team Lead to join its team in the Qikiqtaaluk Region. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive maintenance planning and scheduling programs for all distribution work performed in the region.
Responsibilities
As a key member of the Operations department, you will ensure that distribution work complies with company standards, industry best practices, workplace safety regulations, procurement guidelines, and corporate policies. You will schedule and assign maintenance activities, collaborate with colleagues to plan outages and coordinate system maintenance, and report on material usage and inventory levels.
Requirements
We are seeking an individual with experience preparing capital and operating budgets, as well as working with computerized maintenance management systems. Formal training with Microsoft Office software is also an asset. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others will be essential in this role.
